Designed by Zurich based architect and interiors designer, Ushi Tamborriello, this luxury villa in Zermatt is a lush combination of a classic alpine chalet and sleek modernist aesthetics. Perched on a sloping site with magnificent views of the Matterhorn and countryside, the chalet's generous proportions allow for space with family and friends in connection with both the intimate interiors and the magnificent scenery. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming with an understated palette of stone, glass and wood in subtle earth tones.

The wildly unique free-standing glass fireplace is designed by Heinz Julen as are many of the accessories and fixtures. Cleverly laid out with two entrances with direct access to Furi-Zermatt resort ski slopes, you can start your day by skiing along a flat slope toward the lift station access, and ski right back to the chalet at the end of the day, for a warm fireside drink and fabulous views.

Ideally located close to both the main ski piste and the Zermatt Matterhorn Express base lift station, this luxury villa in Zermatt is a roomy duplex penthouse rising up two floors of the chalet. 

The main floor features an open-plan living room with a unique free-standing fireplace designed by Heinz Julen and a state-of-the-art kitchen for gourmands. The double height sloping wood beamed ceilings open the spaces out to the large south facing terrace with jaw-dropping views of the Matterhorn.

One double bedroom is located on this floor, with both an elevator and internal staircase to the upper floors, with an en-suite master bedroom featuring a free-standing bath tub and shower.

There are two additional double bedrooms on the second floor, each with sloping wooden-beamed ceilings giving you an authentic Alpine feeling.

The culinary capital of the Alps, there are world class restaurants and posh bars and cafes as well as an entertaining apres ski scene. It’s a two minute walk to the Omnia lift and under ten minutes to the best of the rest.
