Situated along its picturesque shores, this vacation home rental in Lake Como is part of what was once a grand hotel.
Built in 1896, the rooms still retain their old-world charm and have been well adapted for modern living. Inspired by the colors of the lake and the surrounding landscape, German designer Julia Aulenbacher has crafted unique and imaginatively designed spaces with timeless sophistication.
The sunny sitting room is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen with views out to the gardens. To the back there is one bedroom and bath with room for two additional guests when using the sofa bed.
Decorated with an eclectic mix of vintage Italian and contemporary furnishings and decor, the apartment has a sense of glamor as well as comfort.
Behind the apartment, there is a large palm tree-filled garden with views of Bellagio and the shoreline just steps away.
