This 32-acre working farm has been transformed into a bucolic village of sorts with the three main cottages providing a private retreat as well as a community. Rustic and charming, this is a lifestyle that is as inviting as it is functional.

The property has been lovingly updated for comfort and enjoyment but retains its working roots with a year round harvest of seasonal crops and products.

Each cottage has its own front porch, fireplace and queen-sized bed and all have slightly different rustic design. You can opt for the "Room with a View" which is above the main house and provides exactly that. A fantastic view with a private bath and cozy fireplace it also has its own private entrance. All are furnished with down home charm and supremely comfortable.

The Apple Farm is a great rural homestead that gives you the opportunity to experience the best of a working farm lifestyle along with a unique vacation experience.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

A simple breakfast of coffee, hot biscuits and homemade jams is offered every morning in the farm kitchen.

Guests can also opt to take part in a Stay and Cook experience, offered on certain mid week and weekend dates where they can collaborate to put together a menu inspired by the season accompanied by a selection of local wines.

Wifi is available in the kitchen common area.

AROUND

Perfectly situated to enjoy wine country and the Pacific coast, the Apple Farm is also nearby Hendy Woods State Park with magnificent redwood forests. You can take a dip in the Navarro River or stroll the grounds and enjoy the bounty of the farm.

Cancellation Policy	Strict50 The guest will receive a refund if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of making the reservation (grace period). After that, the 50% deposit payment is non-refundable. The final payment is due 60 days before arrival day and after that is non-refundable.All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of up to 3.5%.
Covid-19 Policy	Only in the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic (government orders the stoppage of vacation rentals or the authorities decide to restrict travel from the country of origin or to the country where the property is located), guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit, the guest will receive a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. If the guest cancels 1 -14 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 24 hours of the stay, no refund will be given.
Notes	a simple farm breakfast tray can be picked up each morning in our potting shed. each room has a small fridge and is set up for making tea and coffee. apple juice is included as well. room service is not provided. extra towels on request.
