An Enchanting Sanctuary
Surrounded by the rolling hills of Le Marche and immersed within gardens with olive, fig and mulberry trees, this is Italy as it has existed for centuries. Reimagined.
Formerly a farmhouse, this newly restored B&B is the creation of a European couple whose world travels landed them in the region with a desire to approach the concept of hospitality as an intimate cultural experience. Four years of renovations followed and the result is an enchanting sanctuary of classic Italian delights.
Restored with subtle enhancements that leave the spirit of its history intact, the villa has a strong connection to the past with an inviting and stylish sense of quiet modern luxuries. Muted colors, natural materials and minimalist decor create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation.
Through the large windows and patio doors, the view wanders through the gardens and groves out over the hills to Monti Sibillini National Park.
The main lounge includes a fireplace with a library and an adjacent dining room next to a big, fully equipped kitchen that you're welcome to test drive. Breakfast is a culinary walk through the countryside, with local bounty from the gardens and the neighboring farms.
There are four large en-suite rooms and one suite with two bedrooms, each individually designed and created for comfort. During the months of July and August, it's available as a whole house only, sleeping up to 12 guests.
Guests can relax and recharge at the pool, wander through the orchards and vegetable gardens, or head out to the hiking trails or a trip to the local Tenuta Tavignano winery down the road. The neighboring sheep provide the magnificent pecorino, the best buffalo mozzarella in the world is produced in the neighboring valley, and the coffee comes from the small roasting house next door.

Situated between the historic villages of Cingoli and Jesi, this B&B is located within 30 minutes of the Sibillini National Park and the sea. Well known as the “balcony of Le Marche” for its panoramic views, the hilltop town of Cingoli is a picturesque medieval town built on Roman foundations and makes a good start for exploring the region.
Often described as one of Italy’s best-kept secrets, Le Marche offers spectacular mountain scenery, unspoiled beaches, and the best in traditional Italian culture where picturesque villages are full of beautifully preserved ancient architectural and cultural treasures including nearby Jesi, Corinaldo, Osimo, and Loreto.
Thirty minutes from the Adriatic coast, head to the resort town of Senigallia where you’ll find some of the best and largest beaches in Italy along with Marche’s coastal capital of Ancona.
During summertime, the surrounding area offers up many festivals and local celebrations including the town of Macerata where you can catch the world-renowned July Opera Festival in its ancient arena, Sferisterio. The area is also home to the beautiful and protected Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi national park at the foothills of the Apennine mountains.
