This solitary beachfront estate stands on nearly 10 lush, jungle acres and offers over 15,000 square feet of breezy, cabana-styled living space. A white sand beach stretches silently for 700 secluded feet in each direction outside this generous shoreline residence on Costa Rica’s deliciously remote Nicoya Peninsula. Santa Teresa’s beaches attract expert surfers and beginners, with warm tropical waters and constant waves ideal for learning. Beyond wave catching, the estate’s dedicated concierge can assist with booking snorkeling and horseback riding outings. A great place for hikers, the villa is located near the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve, where guided tours lead through the lush rainforest to discover a dizzying variety of flora and fauna.
