Crafted from stone in the typical farmhouse style, the interiors were recently restored, preserving the authentic Sicilian flavor and the sophisticated style of the piano nobile.
On the ground floor, the “carrittaria” (the chariot chamber) has transitioned into a large living space with a dining room and adjacent kitchen, and barrel-vaulted ceilings.

Each of the three en suite bedrooms on this floor are carved in high ceilings of stone with double king-sized bedrooms and a loft.

It’s less than an hour's drive to Marina di Modica, Marina di Ragusa and the Andrea Doria promenade, and some of the best beaches on the island including Sampieri and Donnalucata as well as the beautiful Vendicari Nature Reserve. The nearby UNESCO “sister” cities of Scicli, Modica and Noto are stunning examples of the greater Val di Noto Baroque settlements. Syracuse and Catania are just up the coast along with the famous Mt. Etna.
