This vacation home rental in Santa Barbara County's neighboring Goleta, is located within a quiet residential neighborhood just north of downtown and minutes from the beach. The classic ranch house style and low slung silhouette has been given a stylish contemporary makeover that enlightens and modernizes the spaces and brings it up to date.

The interiors are bright and welcoming with warm wood floors and crisp white walls that create a fresh backdrop for the stylized decor and furnishings. The open plan living spaces include a spacious sitting and dining area in front of the far wall dominated by the original fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen. Glass doors lead out to the gardens, illuminating the spaces while still providing privacy. Down the hall are three double bedrooms with one ideally designed for kids with room for up to six guests.

The fenced gardens are sheltered and private and include shady spots to lounge and dine as well areas for soaking up the California sun.
