Built in the 18th century, the structure was originally a farmhouse and shares the site and facilities with the cottage next door, with ample room and privacy for everyone.
The owners' background in hospitality extends from England to Switzerland, with a portfolio of holiday rentals that focus on sophisticated interior design and creature comforts. The wild and rugged Cornish peninsula features stunning coastline and windswept moorlands leading to the famous far south west promontory of Land’s End. Bordered with some of the areas best beaches, the Rock region of North Cornwall has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is situated along the Camel Estuary. Just across the estuary is the charming fishing port town of Padstow. Located at the head of the Camel River, it’s a well known foodie destination with great restaurants and shops as well as the start and end point for the amazing Camel Cycle Trail.
The South West Coast Path is the place to stroll for miles, and the legend of King Arthur lives on at nearby Tintagel Castle, a magical medieval ruin perched high above the sea. The long white Padstow Beach stretches from the town of Padstow to Hawkers Cove while nearby Daymer Bay features dunes and rock pools and Polzeath is a surfers’ paradise. Both Harlyn Bay and Booby’s Bay are great for surfing and families alike, while Constance Bay is best left to the pros. The delightful village of Port Isaac is worth a visit and Plymouth is an hour east.
