Whether it’s summer or winter, this is the perfect departure point to explore the mountains, go skiing, mountain biking or enjoy Bramberg, one of Austria’s culinary regions. This chalet is simple luxury at its best.
Located in the center of one of the most interesting regions in the Austrian mountains, this modern home features materials like natural stone from Rauris, wood and corten steel. Panoramic glass windows bring you close to nature, whether it’s a snow flurry whistling around the house, the sun warming the stone facade, or the rain turning nature into a green oasis. Auf da Leitn 8 is integrated into the wonderful Pinzgauer landscape, and despite the simplicity of the architecture the lodge is extremely comfortable.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, this holiday home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, five bathrooms, and two beautiful terraces on the south and west side, each with a table, chairs, deck-chairs, parasol and a barbecue to complete the Alpine experience.
AROUND
The house is located right next to the Smaragdban cable car leading to the ski resort of Wildkogelarena, with direct access to the longest and illuminated toboggan run (14 km) and ski tour area, with ice skating, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and carriage rides.
In the summer, you can explore the beautiful mountains of the Hohe Tauern by bike or by e-bike. Put on your climbing boots and discover the Großvenediger, Großer Geiger, Großglockner which are all more than 3,000 metres high. Go hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding and hang gliding, swimming, golfing with your family in and around the picturesque valleys.
