The living room has a fireplace, the TV is set in a lounge annex, and a spacious dining room can welcome up to eight. The kitchen's top-notch appliances include Miele and Bosch brands, and a central bathroom offers a rain shower and cozy radiant floor heating. The townhome has three bedrooms, two with ensuite baths, plus there's an integral garage, Sonos sound system, heating, AC and WiFi. The townhome can be rented for only one-to-two guests, in which case a single bedroom is available, and the home's exterior access is closed. For three guests and more, the full property is opened.

The fully walled gardens are a tranquil tropical-themed oasis with an overflow pool, an outdoor kitchen with a teppanyaki grill and induction cooktop, a covered dining area and cozy lounge areas where you'll forget you're in the heart of the city.

Around

Lagoa's charming old town center of whitewashed houses and cobbled stone streets is dominated by the main church and centered around village and coastal life. The house is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and cafes and ten minutes from the beaches and fishing village of Carvoeiro, a bustling coastal town. 

Some of the best beaches in the Western Algarve are close by, including Benagil Beach, Albanderia, Mariniha and Armacao de Pera, Vale Centeanes, and Carvalho beach. 

The nearby resort town of Portimao is to the west on the bank of the Arade river facing Ferragudo on the opposite bank. Don’t miss the Moorish town of Silves a short drive to the north. Faro is an hour away to the east.
