Experience the life of a Spanish landholder with groves of almond, olive, fruit trees, and magnificent sea views while staying in this classic finca. The extremely private and gated Benissa Villa sits at the end of a long driveway on over an acre of land between the mountains and green valleys of the Costa Blanca region.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people and includes a roofed terrace with a fireplace and lounge with stunning views of the green valley stretching towards the sea. On the side of the house is a separate apartment with a kitchenette, bedroom and bath, and private entrance that can accommodate up to four. The apartment is ideal for a family with children or grandparents who wish to be on their own. The apartment has its own outside seating area and picnic table and enables a total of 12 to comfortably stay together at the villa.
On the side of the villa there is a patio with a picnic table that overlooks the garden and pool area which offers lounging areas and a bar. At the back of the house is a swing for the little ones and for the adventurous, a hidden tree hut with a tire swing.

The village is typically Spanish, with fiestas almost monthly and Saturday morning markets throughout the year. The beautiful harbor town of Alicante is an hour to the south and Valencia is just over an hour north.
