Embracing the breezy beach vibe, the house is cool and serene with white on white interiors punctuated by a sleek and chic selection of designer European furnishings and custom detail. Professionally decorated by a Miami design firm, there are furnishings from Poliform along with a few antiques and a pair of classic, vintage swan chairs designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen. A collection of original 'horizon' monotypes completed by the artist over several years between the late 1970's and early 1980's are also featured throughout the house.

The upper floor is illuminated by east facing windows and doors that lead out to the deck lounge and includes the sitting room and an open plan state of the art chefs kitchen and dining area. An origami-inspired staircase custom designed by Process Architecture leads to the three bedrooms below, one of which was designed especially for kids. Stylish, and family friendly, this is an ideal oceanfront vacation destination.

This thirteen mile stretch of the Atlantic coast has all of the hallmarks of a world class tropical vacation destination along with a distinct hometown quality reflected in its charming 19th century Cracker architecture and historic detail.
As the second oldest city in Florida, the historic Flagler Avenue and Canal streets feature several quaint boutiques, galleries, cafes and antique shops with much of the old Florida ambiance well preserved.
Cited as one of "America's Top Small Cities for The Arts," New Smyrna is home to the Atlantic Center for the Arts, an artists-in-residence community, numerous galleries and is host to frequent visual and performing arts shows throughout the year.
Voted one of the "Best Beaches" in America, the house is also less than a mile from the Canaveral National Seashore which offers excellent swimming, bird watching, hiking and more. The longest expanse of pristine shore in Florida, the protected area is unspoiled and offers excellent fishing at nearby Mosquito Lagoon and deep-sea charters from the port. Orlando is an hour east and Spring Break mecca Daytona Beach is fifteen miles north.
