The Pointhouse is one of three units on the property and, if available, the other guesthouses can be booked for an additional fee (the total capacity of the three homes is 12 guests). If you're only renting the main house, privacy isn't an issue as the waterfront areas, decks and Zen teahouse surrounding the Pointhouse are reserved for its guests only. However, there is private beach access that could be used by other guests on the estate, as well as a neighboring vacation home.

Located at the halfway point along the Sunshine Coast and adjacent to Sargeant Bay, in the community of Halfmoon Bay, this vacation home for rent in Canada is surrounded by wilderness but within an hour's ferry ride to Vancouver.
