Situated along the wild and windswept northern cape of Haute Corse in a tiny village of not more than twenty people, this charming 19th century home was formerly a honey makers workshop and is characteristic of rural life and Corsican history.
The 19th-century gold stone structure hasn't changed much and is hosted by a local family that also runs a small shop with delicious and interesting local products.
Lovely and authentic, you are not only in a quiet rural atmosphere but just minutes from the coast with stunning views out to sea. Divided over two floors, the home was transformed into a charming maison d'hotes where you'll have your choice of two spacious private guest rooms, one with independent access, a private bath, and west-facing sea views and another upstairs.
Decorated with family heirlooms and antiques, it's an authentic and personal experience where your hosts will prepare and share delicious breakfasts in the eat-in kitchen and you'll have your choice of additional meals upon request with surcharge.

Located between Nonza to the south and Centuri to the north, the sleepy village of Conchiglio is one of several charming hamlets in the Barrettali region in Cap Corse. Overlooking a valley that opens onto the sea and Giottani beach, you are within a half-hour of both Centuri and Saint Florent along the western coast.
