Located on over two acres in the pristine Sian Ka'an biosphere and just a short drive from the Mayan ruins of Tulum, this villa is a colorful and environmentally friendly hacienda that's fully staffed and perfectly designed for comfort and adventure.
Created by Italian architects DeCarlo Gualla, the layout and relaxed style blend perfectly with the jungle environment. Using all natural materials, local wood and environmental design, the building and grounds accent and celebrate the Yucatan peninsula's natural beauty, while using the latest alternative energy technologies and remaining entirely ecological and self-sufficient.
With three double bedrooms, each has a private balcony with stunning views and en suite baths. The living area is bright and spacious with room for six and the kitchen is fully equipped for self service with a private chef available should you choose to have your meals catered.
There's a plunge pool and gardens that blend into the surrounding jungle and a large rooftop terrace that overlooks the Caribbean and your own private beach.
Occupying one of the best spots along the coast, but minimizing the impact on it's environment, Villa Maya preserves the wild native landscape creating a peaceful retreat that’s inviting and private.
