Nearby Figueroa, Colorado and York are pedestrian streets with shopping and restaurants. The insta-famous Donut Friend and steampunk-styled Highland Park Bowl are minutes away. You can even walk down to York Boulevard shops in 15 minutes - just remember it's a steep uphill trek home. It's a 15-minute drive to Downtown LA, or 10 minutes to the Rose Bowl.
