This family-run home has six bedrooms, with lake views and abundant outdoor space. The 21 acres of private land include a fragrant herb garden, a natural swimming pool (cleaned by plants, not chlorine), a heated hot tub, a Finnish sauna, and an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue.
The heart of the villa is the grand, light-flooded living space which brings together the kitchen, dining and living room. The dining table is handmade from nutwood and seats eight guests, by an open fireplace. Perfect for dining and sharing a bottle of wine from the pantry. Each of the bedrooms is unique in character. The comfortable beds have soft cushions and mattresses, made from 100% natural and ecological materials.
The garden is created and looked after by villa owner Norbert, a passionate biodynamic gardener. Between native oleander and wild orchids, you'll find many exotic plants like banana trees, pineapple guave, a monk's pepper tree, goji berry tree and even Chinese dates. More than 80 mature olive trees are scattered around the grounds, and every November there's an olive harvest. For a whole week, family, friends and guests gather the precious olives, which are then pressed into liquid gold, authentic Lake Garda extra virgin olive oil.
This is an ideal hideaway for families and friends, but it's also conveniently located within easy reach of Verona and Venice.

This private villa has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 guests. Four bedrooms are en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom.

AROUND
This villa for rent in Italy is situated between the villages Castelletto di Brenzone and San Zeno di Montagna. It is just a short drive (50km) to Verona. A multitude of festivals and events entertain locals and guests throughout the summer.
The small village of Castelletto di Brenzone is only a 15-minute walk from the villa, and there you'll find a number of well-known restaurants where you can enjoy the many local fish specialties. Water sport enthusiasts will feel right at home on the many beaches that are close by.
There is also a local sailing club and motor boat rental. The ferry, which stops twice daily at the village's little fishing port, takes you to the other side of the lake to explore charming Limone or Marniga del Garda.
