Low Gear is the lower (yellow) part and sleeps up to seven guests. High Gear is the upper (blue) part and sleeps up to nine. But, if you’re looking for something larger, they can both be rented together, making it a great venue for wedding parties, workshops, business meetings, and other events.

Alberta Street is one of the coolest areas in Portland. It’s lined with galleries, boutiques, several of the city’s best restaurants, and dozens of cafés and nightspots. A wide range of food is covered, from Peruvian to Italian, as well as locally-crafted coffee, beer and ice cream. The apartment is within walking distance of a movie theater, several live music venues, a farmer’s market in the summer months, and an organic food co-op. It’s also within easy reach of downtown Portland.
