A renowned Italian architect helmed the stunning restoration of this original work of architecture by local craftsmen, taking things back to the essentials and modernizing the facilities to today's comfort, on behalf of a Puglian family with a reverence for design.
The result has gained deep respect. Elle Decor wrote, “Le Sette Valli is a declaration of love to the traditional architecture of rural Puglia, the opera of an architect…" and the home has also appeared in the hallowed pages of Architectural Digest Italia.
A whitewashed structure on one hectare of terraced hillside, Le Sette Valli is a typical mid-1900s Puglian style home with vaulted ceilings in every room, attached to a charming trullo, built 100 years earlier. Valley and sea views are to be copiously indulged here.
The Puglian country lifestyle is famous and also part of the ethos, with plenty of places to partake, including the small outdoor kitchen, grill and dining room. Dip into the plunge pool and sunbathe or nap on the rooftop terrace, and pick a basket of treats from the olive, fig, cherry, pear, and pomegranate trees that envelop the land.

This villa in Puglia has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, sleeping up to seven people (with a maximum of 5 adults). In the attached trullo with kitchen, you'll find two of the bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and a sitting room that can be used as a bedroom. The pool area has an outdoor shower.

Features consist of private, gated, on-site parking, wifi, air conditioning and heating, linens and towels, weekly cleaning, welcome pack and toiletries, a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, baby cot and highchair on request.
Optionally, for an additional charge, you may opt for pool heating, additional cleaning, scheduled meal delivery, an on-site chef, on-site cooking or yoga classes. Private tours can also be arranged.

A truly unique cultural experience, this area of Italy offers amazing food, wine and miles of beautiful Adriatic coastline. Located just 30 minutes from the famous “White Town” town of Ostuni, the house is also just a short drive to the charming little fishing harbor of Savelletri and some of Puglia’s loveliest beaches on the Costa Merlata.
Ideally placed for exploring the enchanting Valle d’Itria, the villages of Martina Franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo are some of the most well preserved and fascinating in Puglia. The amazing Torre Guaceto nature reserve is a half hour south and includes both a widely protected marine and wilderness area perfect for exploring the coastal beauty. Don’t miss the charming old town of Polignano a Mare with breathtaking cliffside views of the Adriatic. Located across the valley from a large road, SS172, one is surrounded by trees and beautiful views, please note that traffic can be heard at the property.
Wine tasting and summer festivals are also held nearby, and you're just two minutes away from the local pizzeria, cafe and grocery in Laureto. In just ten minutes, you can enjoy a Michelin-starred meal at Due Camini at Borgo Egnazia.
