The guest will receive a refund if the booking is canceled at least 60 days before the time of check-in. If the guest cancels 30-60 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 30 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given.
All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of up to 3.5%.

Neighbors and Party : Our neighbors are really cool and friendly and in order to promote the healthy and relaxing environment in the area we agree on restricting the use of music after 11pm and having responsible use of the volume during the day. NO PARTIES are allowed, we know it is hard during your vacations! but we insist on Respect as a key relation with everyone around, in case you have a special Celebration one day please let us know to make them aware and work on an exception. IN CASE OF ANY COMPLAIN we will be contacting you to give you a warning, if it continues our staff will be allowed to take the necessary actions to break it. Damage to Furniture or broken items: We have chosen with great care and time each object and furniture present in the property. Most of these elements were made by hand. So we are very keen on it and will appreciate your great delicacy with them. For example, please take off your shoes when entering the bedrooms in order to preserve our Maroccan Carpet. We trust you please let us know when something is scratched, damaged or broken or even missing we will thank you a lot. We love our place and we put a lot of effort on it, we like to keep it as amazing as it is. In any of the cases mentioned you will have to cover the cost of the item during your stay, at the end (cash) or even after with the safe deposit to the card on file. Air Cooling and Fans: As the property is focused on Responsible tourism we provide intelligent power cards for the rooms to manage a responsible use of the energy, The manager will explain the use of those cards for the power on each room. Ecological Wastewater Treatment: As we act for conscious tourism, we implement a wastewater treatment system at the hotel. The only thing that we required from you as our guest to keep it working correctly is to throw the used toilet paper and any hygiene trash on the bin next to the WC. Swimming Pool: No Crystal Glasses allowed in this Area, we clean them every day but a broken glass may require to dry it and will generate an extra charge. Please be responsible and careful not to run around, stairs and floors can be slippery and in case of injury emergency services may take a little longer to arrive because of the distance from town.
