Three Corfu Villas with Private Pools Embody the Mediterranean Way of Life

Minimalism and bioclimatic ideals also come together, in this compact village of three villas on 2130 sqm of land, facing the Mediterranean sea. Inspired by the region's clean lines, the structures' natural surfaces meet earthy tones for casual sophistication. And all three villas have private verandas with infinity pools.
Sustainably crafted with eco-friendly materials, such as wool for insulation and stone for the walls, the structures are highly energy efficient. They also have programs for waste and water treatment.
Homemade breakfast with locally-inspired dishes and products is included in the rates. Additional services that can be arranged include a private chef (the chef/owner of Pomo D'Oro restaurant), personal training, private transfers and excursions. The villas:
Villa Juno has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up two five guests. The 60 sqm luxury villa also has a living room and kitchen. The private veranda has Ionian Sea views and a barbecue area.
Villa Augustus has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests, with 75 sqm indoor ground space. On the ground floor is a bedroom, bathroom and a living room. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This villa has a barbecue area.
Villa Julious has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. The 75 sqm luxury villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), with a living room and fully-equipped kitchen. The beds are the luxurious and sustainable Coco Mat brand.
AROUND
Paramonas is an unspoiled area in the west side of Corfu with a lovely micro-climate and near-daily breezes. It is known for its peaceful, family-friendly beaches, served by traditional tavernas. The island's rugged hills and tree and vineyard-dotted cliffs, and lovely UNESCO-designated Old Town with its Venetian-era architecture, are worth the trek. With several islets in all in the chain that you will discover by boat, like Antipaxos with its white sandy beaches, are just a short hop and well worth the trip. Corfu has 100 villages – from medieval to hilltop to seaside resort to – ready for you to discover. Stroll through their tiny alleys, order a coffee in a 'Kafenio' and it’s easy to feel like a local.
