Cancellation Policy |

The guest will receive a refund if the booking is canceled at least 60 days before the time of check-in. If the guest cancels 30-60 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 30 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given.
All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of up to 3.5%.

Covid-19 Policy |
Only in the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic (government orders the stoppage of vacation rentals or the authorities decide to restrict travel from the country of origin or to the country where the property is located), guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit, the guest will receive a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. If the guest cancels 1 -14 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 24 hours of the stay, no refund will be given.

Notes | Security deposit of 550 euros is withheld upon check-in by pre-authorisation on the payment credit card, unless otherwise requested. The card used for the booking is required for the security deposit, so that card must be bought to the property. The card used for the booking payment must therefore still be within expiry date for the period of the stay. A form will be filled out by the guest along with a photo of the card to authorise the pre-authorisation. If the card used for booking is not presented, the security deposit will need to be paid on an alternative card, which will then be refunded after the property has been checked. After check out we will contact the guest if anything is required to be taken from the deposit, or if the deposit can be released the pre-authorisation will be allowed to expire, the time this takes will depend on the guest’s bank (up to 30 days). |
