Set along the east ridgeline among the forested canyon hillside, the home is ensconced in privacy and sheltered within a quiet lot perched on a hillside.

Built in the 1970s, the home's post and beam style has been completely updated inside and out, where stylish contemporary living meets rustic retreat. The main living area is a large and light-filled open-plan space that provides convivial interaction whether dining or lounging and faces the beautiful mountain views.
The master bedroom has a private deck with lovely views and there are four additional bedrooms with room for up to nine guests.
Dine al fresco in the shaded outdoor lounge, take a dip in the pool overlooking the amazing views, and enjoy the sunsets from the deck.

Set above the coast in the Santa Monica Mountains, Topanga Canyon is a bucolic and peaceful mountain community that straddles the Pacific coast and the San Fernando Valley. Featuring the largest state park within city limits in the US, there are miles of wilderness and land to explore. It’s just a short drive to Malibu or Santa Monica and a half hour from the greater Los Angeles area.
There are numerous trails at the main entrance to the State Park near the property and the Malibu beaches and iconic surf breaks are a 15-minute drive from the house.
