The guest will receive a refund if the booking is canceled at least 60 days before the time of check-in. If the guest cancels 30-60 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 30 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given.
All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of up to 3.5%.

Covid-19 Policy |
You can claim a full refund of the rental amount if you need to cancel your booking based on the following measures:
• Mandatory quarantine for travelers arriving to Ibiza or for travelers returning from Ibiza
• A lockdown in Ibiza

INTERDICTIONS.- It is explicitly prohibited to have subtenants or to cede all or part of the property to third parties. The number of people staying at the house must not exceed the number of 10 people (sleeping places in the villa). The tenant cannot celebrate events or parties with more than 20 guests without permission of the owner. By Spanish law, the tenant agrees not to have loud music or make noise that may cause a disturbance to the surrounding neighbors after 12:00 pm (midnight). There will be no pets allowed at the property. ACCESS TO THE OBJECT.- The tenant is obliged to grant the owner / property manager and other parties appointed by the owner / property manager access to the property in order to effect inspections, repairs or supervision of any kind of necessary works that have to be carried out at the property. RESPONSIBILITIES.- The owner cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or personal injury of the tenant, his or her family or friends. Especially at the pool area, children have to be accompanied by an adult at all time.
