The villa offers three intimate quarters with private entrances and terraces divided across the property housing five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens, and two living areas.
The first floor Fustera Apartment features a king-sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms outfitted with twin beds that share a second bathroom. Intentionally designed to host a crowd, this apartment covers all the bases with a wide, covered terrace, spacious living and dining room and an easygoing, natural décor palette, plus a fully furnished kitchen.
The ground level Advocat Apartment is a more intimate space—a king-sized, one bedroom nest with an open concept kitchenette/living/dining room and an outdoor sun terrace with a private dining area. Macrame and cool, 1970s naturalist décor give this spot its casual, barefoot boho style.
The June’s showcase accommodation is its luxurious Baladar Suite, a hotel-styled king bedroom/living room suite with an organic, poured concrete bed and side table structure, a more luxuriously furnished private living area, and the possibility of connection to the Advocat apartment to create a full two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation.
Set on a terraced hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, the June Villa offers a maze of sun-splashed pathways leading to five terraces tucked into multiple levels. Sweetly retro, umbrella-shaded lounge decks with cushioned sunbeds give the poolscape an exclusive, beach club vibe. Vibrant built-in sectionals, the gleaming saltwater swimming pool and a breezy, barbecue-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area for 12 means that every corner of the property offers an enchanting opportunity to soak up the Mediterranean sun.
