This two-story villa is perfectly situated on the northern Mykonos coast, looking out over the Aegean sea. We love its soft contours and elegant modern take on traditional Myconian style.

Located above Agios Sostis beach in the north of Mykonos, this whitewashed stone villa is a beautiful example of modern Cycladic architecture. Split between multiple levels, the house starts by the expansive stone-tiled pool area and works its way upwards.

Smooth-edged curvy architecture gives interiors a soft cave-like feel. The main house has a cosy living/dining area, with built-in stone seating, tiled floors with pebble details, a recessed fireplace and curved archways. It sleeps eight guests in six elegant bedrooms, one on the lower floor and three on the upper. One is a fun space with a sleeping loft.

For additional guests, there is a guest house on the lowest (pool) level of the villa. It can host up to three guests with its own separate entrance, a stone-built double bed, a sitting room with stone-built day bed, kitchen and bathroom.

The stone terraces, with bamboo pergolas, are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the Aegean coast.

The kitchen has a coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, toaster, and pantry items. The house has air conditioning, heating, garage, hairdryer, iron and board. Linens and towels are provided. 

AROUND

The property is located 500 meters above Agios Sostis beach, one of the few protected and natural beaches on the island, and within minutes of Panormos beach. Mykonos Town (Chora), with its great nightlife, is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Both Agios Sostis and Panormos beaches offer great traditional Greek restaurants with resident DJs. Agios Sostis is one of the island's more remote beaches, far from the crowds and uncluttered by rental lounge chairs. On Panormos beach, a variety of activities are available including beach volleyball, kayaking or trampolining. Alternatively, guests can while away their days on beach hammocks.

Mykonos is one of the most popular islands in the Cyclades. In the town, key things to see include the famed windmills and Little Venice, a district located along the seafront with beautiful medieval houses. Don't miss Panagia Paraportiani, a stunning Byzantine church which dates back to  1425, and Petros the Pelican, the island's famous mascot. The island of Delos, reached from Mykonos Town, is small, uninhabited and littered with archaeological sites.
