Down an unassuming dirt road on the north west side of the island of Brac, this luxury villa in Croatia is located next to a beautiful beach cove just above the crystal clear water. Constructed and designed with luxe materials including warm hardwood, Italian porcelain floors, marble and high end finishes, the villa is meticulously crafted. 

The open concept interiors include elegant and comfortable living and dining areas with a central fireplace and an extra large Scavolini kitchen. Life rotates around the kitchen island where the fine china, excellent wine cellar and freshest local ingredients will inspire guests to entertain and enjoy fine dining. The living room area is connected to two twin bedrooms on the first floor which share a bathroom with an indulgent jacuzzi tub and a surprising indoor garden with bougainvillea. The rooms lead out to a garden and sitting area with the sea views, and connect to the swimming pool area.

Upstairs are three additional double en-suite bedrooms with the third ideal for families with the small children. All three bedrooms also have outdoor terraces for relaxation and magnificent sea views. Decorated with hand-made designer furnishings and antique accents the interiors are luxurious and expressive.

The vast exterior living areas are the ideal summer playground with a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, several terraces and lounge areas and an al fresco dining space for twelve. There is also an area specially dedicated to the little ones with a sandbox, seesaw, a kid-sized tennis table and for the youngest, a chill-out spot in the garden with a hand-carved outdoor stone tub. 

The infinity swimming pool dominates the gardens and is equipped with an outdoor shower, and an integrated music system to help you relax, and take in the magnificent views.

AROUND

The island of Brac and the surrounding riviera along the Dalmatian coast packs a lot of diversity into a small area with a unique combination of sea, rivers and mountains, as well as a rich history and cultural heritage. The island's main town of Supetar with its u-shaped beach is the ferry access point to and from Split and the mainland with the neighboring islands of Hvar and Korcula making good day trips. 

Most of the island's stone architecture was built from the limestone quarries of Pučišća including the tiny ancient towns of Bobovisca and Lozisca which feature magnificent views over the bay of Bobovisca near to the villa. With only a handful of year-round residents, Bobovisca's main industry has been and remains agriculture but comes alive during summer with sailing boats, yachts, restaurants, and cafes.

Enjoy a stroll along Bobovisca's seaside promenade, and stop in to the local cafes for authentic island delicacies. Just in front of villa are two rocky, uninhabited islands, with much of the area best explored on or in the crystal clear waters by kayak, boat, diving or snorkeling to the sheltered coves and beaches. History buffs can also visit old Roman and Byzantine ruins dating back to 500 BC as well as the remains of Illyrian civilization here.
