Located a short walk from Cala Conte, one of the most spectacular beaches on the island, the villa's five spacious bedrooms all have ensuite baths with oversized bathtubs and rain showers. Some bedrooms offer sweeping sea views and all feature lounge terraces. Rooms 1-3 feature double beds; room 4 has two convertible singles, and room 5 is a double bunk room. Two children's rooms are on the ground floor.

Designed by Mónica Fullana and Jordi Carreño, it has been optimized for comfort inside and out. Built from locally quarried stone and shaped into intersecting monolithic forms with floor-to-ceiling glazing, the home is a contemporary take on traditional Ibizan architecture that captures the spirit of the island with luxurious style and state-of-the-art technology.      

The living spaces merge seamlessly with the outdoor spaces, which are geometrically defined and arranged along paved stone pathways dissecting the large, well-tended gardens. Flooded with light and designed in calming neutrals, the home combines both contemporary and natural elements. The decor tends towards a casual coastal look, with plenty of bright whites, blond woods, and coastal cane and rattan. The kitchen is equipped with Gaggeneau brand appliances. An outdoor dining area seats 12 guests. And a cinema space doubles as a playroom. A fully-equipped gym and spa-style steam room with jacuzzi and plunge pool complete the full-service experience. 

The saltwater swimming pool offers panoramic views surrounded by expanses of green lawn, with loungers, sunbeds, outdoor showers and an outdoor entertainment zone that includes ample fun and games for the kids, including a trampoline and playhouse.

Around

The west side of the Ibiza features some of its most beautiful stretches of coastline, and it’s just a five-minute walk to one of the most famous and beautiful beaches of the island, Cala Conta. There are several great restaurants and beach clubs and the laid-back and picturesque village of San Josep is just a 10-minute drive.

Well known for its party reputation, in Ibiza town it never stops, but there are also sheltered coves, quiet stretches of coastline and lovely inland forests to explore, or you can dive headlong into the fray and enjoy the fun and nightlife on Playa D’en Bassa. 

The UNESCO Old Town dates back centuries and is a must see with its narrow streets and ancient fortifications. Sol Dén Serra Talamanca, Figueretas, Es Codolar, Cala Jondal and Cala Llonga beaches are all within a short drive from the villa. To escape the  boisterous crush in town, the north eastern regions and the village of San Lorenzo and nearby Balafia are peaceful stops steeped in Moorish history.
