Breeze through the light-drenched entrance and into this pristine 1930s home. A full 2018 renovation preserves all the right details, especially the original Terrazzo stone staircase with a teak banister that curves up like a backbone, up through all three stories and into the house's summit, a rooftop solarium.
The house showcases designer furniture by Achille, and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, Arne Jacobsen, Pastoe and Mornernica as well as 1960s and 1970s vintage pieces.

Create a mise en place on the marble worktop and cook with elegance on the integrated premium induction hob. The home has a Miele dishwasher, SMEG oven, and an impressive designer and artisan collection of kitchenware. Keep the French doors open and let the garden air swirl in, then toast to your culinary prowess on the banana leaf-fringed patio.
The luxury details take on other beautiful forms here, like the modular Sandal sofa and a deep concrete bathtub with Dornbracht taps.
But all told, it’s the alchemy of all the elements that gives Casa Bencomo a singular elegance that would be impossible to replicate.
