The building's lovely Art Nouveau features have been returned to their romantic and atmospheric Liberty style and the decorative tile, fixtures and original design elements have been carefully preserved.

Laid out over one floor, the apartment's interiors have been reimagined for modern living, using subtle design updates that also complement the period design. The two sitting rooms are airy and bright with high ceilings and conservatory-style windows that bring generous amounts of natural light into the interiors and overlook a lovely garden below.

Located in San Giovanni in the Celio district, the residential neighborhood is quiet and sheltered from the tourist crush (despite its central location), but within easy reach of the most iconic sites.

A quick metro stop from St Peters, The Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain, the apartment is also a short walk from the Colosseum, the Forum, the  Cathedral, and San Giovanni Laterno.

There are many great local cafes, fine restaurants, and wine bars where you can stop for an apertivo while admiring the wonders of Rome, with the sunset over the Colosseum in the background.

The ancient piazzas and winding streets offer a dazzling array of life and art in the Eternal City.
