A Villa Embraced by Nature with Ocean Views
This circa 1967 villa effortlessly combines Portuguese character with modern comfort, making it a wonderful retreat for relaxation. From the south-facing terrace, there are panoramic views of the blue ocean and the rolling hills. Look north and see the beautiful Monchique Mountains.
Interiors are blended with exteriors. The light-filled living room is connected to a spacious terrace with huge views, taking in the village, the greenery surrounding it, and the ocean beyond it all.
With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including an extra guesthouse that's available for two guests, the villa offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen, with its striking L-shape and large "buffet windows" to the patio, forms the heart of the villa. French doors lead to cozy terraces and the large pool terrace, complete with a 6x10m swimming pool, jet stream, springboard and fountains. A pool house with shower and toilet offers extra convenience.
The bright living room with a cozy fireplace opens to the terrace, forming a whole with the pool terrace. A staircase leads to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views.
The separate guest apartment on the ground floor offers privacy and comfort, with spacious closets, a swiveling television, luxurious bathroom and ample living space.
Additional features
The basic price is based on a maximum of six people and the guesthouse remaining closed. Guests will use the three-bedroom villa with ensuite bathrooms. The guesthouse will not be rented out separately, so you are assured of private use of the villa with the swimming pool and the garden. When booking with eight people, the guesthouse is included. It is also possible to book the fourth bedroom for an additional charge.
The villa is located on 6000m2 of private land. A remote-controlled automatic gate provides access to the property. On either side of the driveway there are lawns and olive and fruit trees. The driveway leads around the house, where you can park several cars.

The house is located within walking distance of the beach and the heart of the fishing village of Carvoeiro, with its excellent restaurants and cafes. There are supermarkets within easy driving distance, as well as shopping centers and golf courses.
The beaches nearby are among the best in the Algarve. Recommended local activities include a boat trip to Benagil Caves (the most popular and therefore busiest marine caves in Portugal), hiking the Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos route that follows the coast from Carvoeiro to Praia da Marinha, exploring the Algar Seco Park with its spectacular cliffs on the Carvoeiro boardwalk, and a visit to the nearby town of Silves.
