Ibiza's Moorish Past Comes Alive in San Lorenzo
Protected by its 13th century tower, this simple, rustic, property with its daily breakfasts, private terraces, pool, and wellness offerings is nicely tucked away from the hustle of town. The lovely, slightly primitive, and authentic Moorish home-turned-B&B is cheerful and charming. Just a hint of contemporary style gives it the modern comforts you'll appreciate along with the great history.
Ibiza's Moorish Past Comes Alive in San Lorenzo
The striking 10th-century Moorish architecture is the first thing you notice about the house and the village of San Lorenzo. Well preserved and gently updated, the bleached and towering adobe silhouette is a cool reminder of the authentic antiquity of the area, and little in the way of restoration was needed to create a charming, six room B&B, with in-room breakfast served daily.
Intimate and cozy, the bright whitewashed interiors and curved soft lines of the structure create uniquely configured environments that are self-contained and private.
Rooms are divided between the main house and the separate tower, each accommodating up to two guests. All come complete with towels, bathrobes, slippers, a beach bag, products from Hierbas de Ibiza, hairdryer, air conditioning (cold/hot), Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee and tea.
La Felicidad: Largest suite, 70-square-meters, with a living room with sofas, a desk and direct access to a private terrace. King-sized bedroom is upstairs with an a bathroom with shower.
La Delice: A 30-square-meter king suite with a large, private, garden view terrace and comfy sofas, bathroom with shower.
Le Bonheur: 20-square-meter queen room at the top of the ancient tower with two private panoramic terraces and a bathroom with a shower.
La Joie: 30-square meter, uniquely circular queen suite surrounded by the tower with two private terraces and a bathroom with a tub and shower.
Alegría: Intimate 25-square-meter queen suite with direct garden access and romantic, private terrace. Bathroom with a tub and shower.
La Petite: 22-square-meter queen suite with a private terrace. Bathroom with shower
The lovely pool and gardens are quiet and peaceful with multiple loungers, pergolas, and a private terrace for dining, playing or relaxing, plus a shala for onsite massage.
Additional features
The B&B offers yoga sessions for individuals or groups, guided walks, electric bicycle rides, boat trips, hairdressing, massage sessions in the garden shala, and event organization. Please inquire for details.

Trying to avoid the party is like trying to not get wet in the ocean. In Ibiza City it never stops, but there are sheltered coves, quiet stretches of coastline, and lovely inland forests to explore.
Located in the northeastern village of San Lorenzo and nearby Balafia, you'll be away from the crush and steeped in Moorish history. For beach life, dive headlong into the fray and enjoy the fun and nightlife on Playa D'en Bossa or the quieter and picturesque Benniras just a few miles from the house.
