Located at the edge of the elegant Eixample District and the historic Gothic Quarter, this unique apartment offers chic sophistication and easy access to the best of Barcelona. Situated on the first floor of this renovated Art Nouveau building, and overlooking an interior courtyard, you are ensconced in a peaceful hideaway above the bustle of the city.

The interiors have been renovated with warm earth tones and modern finishes paired with cool contemporary and retro furnishings such as the Cadaques sofa by Alfonso Mila and accessories by Miguel Mila.

The main living area is comfortable and inviting and flooded with natural light from the courtyard (which can be adjusted by remote controlled canopy). Interior and exterior blend together with the glass rear wall that opens out over a private inner courtyard, which functions as an extra room.

The open kitchen shares the main space and is fully equipped with top-end appliances and a dining space for four.

Flanked by two en-suite bedrooms that open out to the courtyard, one is separated from the main living area by oversized soundproof sliding doors providing privacy and when open a sense of additional space.

This is a great hideaway in the heart of the city.

AROUND

Located at the edge of the elegant Eixample neighborhood, a short stroll away from Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya, the street is praised by locals for being one of the nicest in central Barcelona. Quiet and walkable, there is an excellent selection of good restaurants, shops and galleries. Sometimes referred to as the Cuadrado de Oro, it's the epicenter for modernism in Barcelona and features the work of modernist architects Antoní Gaudi (the famous La Pedrera is just a short walk from the apartment), Enric Sagnier and Doménech I Muntaner. Gayxample, the gay district, is also in Eixample and is a lively, cosmopolitan area. A seaside town of celebrated artistic, culinary and cultural treasures, Barcelona is home to stunning Gothic, Medieval, Romanesque and Modernist masterpieces all housed along the sparkling Mediterranean with the forest covered Collserola Hills as a backdrop.

The deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. The booking total is refundable up to 30 days before arrival. If the booking is canceled 29-14 days before arrival, there will be a 50% refund. Within 13 days from arrival, it is non-refundable. Any portion of the Boutique service fee that has already been paid is non-refundable.

+ Late check-in fee: 30 euros for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 and 50 euros for arrival after midnight. + A city tourist tax of 5,50 euros 5,50€ (6,05€ from April 1,2024) per person per night will have to be paid upon arrival (charged for a maximum of 7 days to guests aged 17 and older). This is not included in the quoted price. + A credit card pre-authorization of 100 euros for incidentals is required during check-in at the apartment. Please make sure you have a credit card available for this purpose when you arrive. The amount will be released after your check-out. + We have an obligation to register all guests upon check-in. In case not all guests arrive at the same time, please make sure to bring pictures (digital or printed) of the missing passports or european ID’s (driver’s licence not accepted) or send us a copy via email/message. + DestinationBCN Apartments are aimed at couples, solo travellers, business travellers and families, who value peace and quiet. This is why parties, celebrations and other nocturnal activity that may cause noise or disturbances are not allowed. + Our general check-in time is 14:00h and check-out time is 10.00h, however we can be flexible, provided that we don’t have a departure or an arrival on the same day. In case we are unable to provide an early check-in or a late check-out, you are welcome to store luggage with us. + The number of people staying in the apartment cannot exceed the number you stated on the booking. + No loud music is allowed in the apartment after 22.00h. + In the event of excessive noise, DestinationBCN retains the right to evict the guest(s) without refunding the rental fee. + Guests are not permitted to host parties in the apartment or in the adjacent communal areas. + Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. + Damage done to the apartment's contents as a result of; deliberate, criminal or reckless behaviour, such as breakages, leaving the apartment in an especially dirty condition or accidental damage, will be charged to the client. + Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
