Bask in the History of Tuscany
Originally the historic Podere Bugnanese, this estate has evolved from a rugged agricultural outpost into an award-winning design destination. The restoration emphasizes minimalist intervention, preserving the original coat of arms and dry-stone masonry while integrating a glass-walled conservatory and a wellness hub.
Inside, local stone and lime-wash finishes provide a backdrop for curated art and a professional-grade kitchen. The main villa features a double kitchen, a library for quiet contemplation, and a wine-stocked cellar.
The grounds are an extension of the Maremma’s wild beauty, refined into 50 acres of manicured gardens and heritage groves. An infinity pool bleeds into the horizon, accompanied by a hot tub and sauna with views of the Orcia Valley. Hidden within the 13 hectares of olive trees are secret spots for meditation, cooled by the mountain micro-climate.
