Simple but refined, these vacation home rentals in Iceland feature an elegant mix of dramatic color, texture, muted earth tones and decor that invokes old Europe. The interiors are modest in attitude but with a great combination of chic modern personality and old-world style designed by Icelandic designer Rut Káradóttir. There is a total of nine apartments to choose from: two studios, five with one bedroom, and two with two bedrooms.

Situated along the southern coast just 30 minutes from Reykjavik, this collection of stylish apartments are ideally situated to explore many of the most amazing landscapes in the south.

The surrounding areas feature the best of the raw natural beauty of Iceland with a diverse and fascinating landscape of vast stretches of rugged lava and geothermal coast, waterfalls, and glaciers to explore.

All guests have access to an outdoor spa-area with hot tub, steam bath and a shower.

AROUND

The town of Hveragerði spreads out across a vast but green geothermal lava field on the southern coast. There are many good hiking trails that link up directly from town with a network at the foot of Reykjafjall Mountain and in Ölfusborgir. Just thirty five minutes to Reykjavik, the apartments are between fifteen minutes to an hours drive to Iceland’s most amazing attractions.

Renowned for its beautiful shorelines, the area is rich in local color. Don't miss the “Golden Circle” route, where Eurasia meets North America featuring some of the island's most amazing natural beauty and the famous volcano Mount Hekla with it's strange and beautiful lava fields. Adjacent to Þingvellir National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Thingvallavatn (the largest lake in Iceland), the house is also within a short drive to Hengill volcanic area, the river Öxará, Gullfoss waterfall, the hot springs area of Geysir, and the Kerid crater for both winter and summer attractions.
