Situated on over an acre of very private and secluded gardens over looking the Cycladic landscape and the Aegean in the distance, this newly conceived estate is a soulful and slightly whimsical installation with a traditional sense of history, island style and a modern attitude. Constructed in whitewashed adobe and graceful soft lines, the architectural profile and proportions appear both primitive and refined.

The interiors feature an eclectic and contrasting mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings and decor with a beautiful palette of rustic wood, stone and natural materials. All handcrafted, there's a distinctively traditional aesthetic and a meticulous attention to detail. With a bilevel layout, the upper level features one ensuite master bedroom plus an additional double bedroom with a living room and fully-equipped kitchen. The lower level also includes living room and dining room, an en-suite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and bathrooms along with a large, open kitchen ideal for family and friends.

Each of the residences has outdoor sitting-dining spaces with covered pergolas. Beautifully landscaped with expansive and very private outdoor areas of olive and cypress trees and lush organic gardens, the property features an outdoor kitchen, open fire BBQ and dining spaces with several peaceful lounge areas overlooking the mountains and villages below. The fun, stylized pool features a central lounging island with a bridge and fun water features. This is an inspired, romantic and unusual retreat that's simple, elegant and timeless.

Naxos is one of the largest and most diverse islands in the Cyclades chain. Dating back to the Neothilic period, there are thousands of years of history evident throughout the island. Located in one of the quietest areas on the island, the villa is also just five minutes from the central old town and capital city of Chora and a short distance from both the Castle and port.

Strategically positioned next to Saint George Beach, nearby Orkos also features some of the best beaches including Parthena and Mikri Vigla (both famous for wind and kitesurfing) and the famed Plaka and Agia Anna.
