The estate’s exterior is a bold terracotta color, but indoor spaces tend toward pastel hues for calm and relaxation.

Built across a generous manicured lawn and pool garden, the home features multiple bedrooms and en-suite baths, and it can host up to 16 guests. A family guesthouse with single and bunk beds to sleep up to six connects with a large master bedroom and bath combination, ideal for families with children. There’s a spacious bedroom/bath, plus lounge suite as well, in addition to three additional double bedrooms, one with overflow sleeping, in a separate area of the home. A spacious living area with a wide fireplace, full dining room and all-modern equipped kitchen with terrace access is located at the home’s heart. And all the living areas benefit from high, pitched, blonde wood beamed ceilings that add to the feeling of spaciousness and keep the atmosphere light and elegant.

Outdoors, a sparkling pool and Jacuzzi combination anchors a landscaped lawn dotted with sun loungers and various designated sitting and dining areas. The manicured beds overflow with flowers and herbs, and an olive grove and locust trees bring shade. Kilada is best known for its traditional shipyards, where generations of shipbuilders worked. Freshly caught fish is offered at its cute cafes and tavernas, and the popular Lepitsa beach offers wide open sand and its own fisherman’s shack café. Car trips around the area lead to remote villages with picturesque chapels, and abundant historical sites such as ancient Epidaurus. There are footpaths for hiking around the area, and boats depart Port Heli several times daily for visits to surrounding islands like Spetses.
