Set on a hillside just outside La Croix Valmer, minutes from the ocean, the property looks out across manicured poolside gardens over vineyards and countryside and out to the Mediterranean.

Layout

Comprised of a main house and three separate apartments that sleep up to 20 guests in total, the villa can be rented together with the apartments or separately.

In the main house, the spacious living room is dominated by a double-sided stone fireplace with open-plan sitting and dining areas and walls of glass overlooking the views. The fully-equipped professional kitchen is designed for entertaining large groups whether dining in or poolside. The main house has three en-suite bedrooms upstairs and two that share a bathroom.

There are two two-bedroom apartments: one apartment has private bathrooms for each bedroom, while the other has a shared bathroom. The third apartment is a one-bedroom with its own private bathroom. Each of the apartments has its own kitchen.

The beautiful coastal village of La Croix Valmer sits above the Cote d'Azur just a half hour south-west of Saint-Tropez. Dotted with some of the best beaches in the Bay of Cavalaire including Plage du Debarquement, Bouillabaise, Vergeron, Sylvabelle, Héraclée, Gigaro, Jovat and Brouis, all backed by pine covered Maures Massif, most of which is now a protected nature reserve. Several picturesque Provencal villages are within a short drive including Ramatuelle, Gassin and Port Grimaud.
