Flexible
The deposit is due at the time of booking and is refundable until 60 days before arrival (minus the proportional Boutique service fee, which is non-refundable). At 60 days before arrival, the balance is due and the total payment is non-refundable.

- A 25% deposit will be required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior and is due for payment no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. A reminder may be sent in advance of the payment date. Rates quoted are for minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 guests. Rates are in NZ dollars and include a 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST): there is no additional tax imposed upon the guest. All reservation requests are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Rates are based on guests self-catering all meals.
