This gem of a home is tucked into the lush Santa Monica mountains but right in the heart of Los Angeles. Completely remodeled inside and out, the traditional suburban home has become a sophisticated and relaxing retreat ideal for hiding away in the big city. 

The main living areas are bright and spacious with soaring ceilings and an open-plan layout that includes two lounge areas and a kitchen, with large windows and sliding glass doors that open out to the garden. Quiet, peaceful, and sunny! Redesigned with a renewed modern spirit along with stylish comforts and amenities, the interiors feature a vibrant and eclectic collection of art and furnishings gathered by the owner during her world travels—and it's a delight to uncover each and every treasure.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar and eat-in dining area for six and opens onto the poolside terrace and gardens. The ensuite master bedroom also opens out to the terrace while the two additional bedrooms look out over the neighborhood. 

The pool area is a private oasis, shielded from immediate neighbors by tropical gardens, with an elevated patio and cozy lounge area perfect for cocktails, alfresco dining and fun in the California sun.

Located just off of the famous Mulholland Drive and just a short walk to Fryman Canyon Park, the house is adjacent to and ideally situated for access to the best of LA, with all of the action on the Sunset Strip, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the Westside for dining, shopping and nightlife. Further east is resurrected and thriving Downtown LA, and a half hour west are the coastal area beaches of Santa Monica and Venice, with Malibu and the Santa Monica mountains for the best of west coast recreation.
