This former manor house was built 150 years ago by a distinguished Mallorcan family from Pollença and blends old with new, with bursts of original stone walls and stunning views of the old town. Guests have praised the property for its thoughtful design, which offers communal spaces as well as private retreats, making it ideal for families, couples or a group of friends. Designed to be used throughout the entire year, the building is cool and shaded in summer, and bright, cozy and comfortable in the winter. The house sleeps seven guests comfortably in four double-bedrooms, with five baths. If needed, a very cozy and nice bunk bedroom offers additional space.

The town center and market square are within two minutes on foot from the property offering easy access to vibrant restaurants, markets and cultural sites. The property's location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains makes the house an excellent base for nature enthusiasts interested in hiking, cycling, sailing, windsurfing, and exploring the island's beautiful beaches and bays nearby.
The lovely Mallorcan town of Pollenca is made up of winding lanes full of little boutiques and gift shops selling locally crafted goods, including jewelry, ceramics, fabrics and interior decorations. Placa Major, the main square is where you'll find the 18th-century Nostra Senyora Del Angels church with its stunning rose window. The other main church in the town is the Convent de Sant Domingo, which is home to the Museum of Pollenca, with its collection of prehistoric sculptures and contemporary art. It also hosts the town's celebrated classical music festival and the Pollenca Art Fair at the beginning of November.

Best time to visit
Most tourists visit Mallorca in the high season. As a result, we recommend the more gently-paced spring, autumn and winter seasons on the island. The climate is lovely then, still sunny and warm, but not too hot, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly.
