An Architect's Dream Comes to Life
Follow the country roads through spectacular carob and olive trees, and you'll reach a farmhouse made of stone, a masseria, which stands proudly on a ridge, with magnificent views of the sea and the southern tip of Sicily. This is Rifugio Lanzagallo, literally a refuge, and more specifically a small, contemporary B&B with wonderful historical bones.
Its owner is a Sicilian architect who has been working in Brussels for many years but remains passionate and nostalgic about her homeland.
