Enter the front door of this seven-bedroom, five-bathroom property and breathe in the magnificent ocean views. With a seven-meter-high ceiling soaring over the living room, an open-plan kitchen and a stunning upstairs gallery, this family home is spacious and gracious. Made up of three structures—house, apartment, and a pool house/wellness space, the villa is ideal for a family reunion, team-building workspace, or group of up to a dozen friends (plus two children).
The main house offers four bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and two that share a bath. The living area is outfitted with a gas fireplace, and the dining room offers seating for 14. There’s an upstairs work space with a sofa and ocean views.
The villa’s independent apartment features its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, plus it offers sunrise views over the ocean and a lofted sleep space over the principal bedroom that’s ideal for two children or an adventurous adult. There’s an additional single bedroom on the ground floor.
The pool house stands apart with its natural lava stone construction. Ideal for yoga, meditation, or massage sessions, the house can also serve as an overflow bedroom. It as an ensuite bathroom with a shower, plus a refrigerator and in-suite coffee/tea setup.
The villa’s garden is shaded by palm trees, and lush with local fruit, including papaya, date, banana, mango, passion fruit and dragon fruit, plus pepper trees, olive trees and fresh herbs. A sandy volleyball/beach tennis court, a trampoline, and outdoor dining provide an active alfresco experience. And beyond the nearby beach, there’s a protected Charco, or swimming hole, a short walk away.

Located in the northeast of Lanzarote, overlooking the spectacular Bay of Arrieta, the villa is a short walk from the ocean. The protected Charco, a semi-natural pool, is also a short walk away, and many of the island’s “must sees” are less than 10 minutes by car. The beautiful beaches of Arrieta and the Punta Mujeres are about five minutes’ drive, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The north coast is great for surfing, wing foiling and windsurfing, too, and beach access to the breaks are walking distance from the house, easily viewed with binoculars so you know when it’s time to hit the waves.
The house is also convenient for hikers, joggers and cyclists, and even paragliders can take off in the mountains behind the house, wind permitting, to fly over the villa and out to the sands. Top visits on Lanzarote include the Cesar Manriques Cactus Garden, Jameos del Agua, Punta Mujeres, the Mirador del Rio, and the Big Lagoon. Haria, an enchanting, oasis-like village in the valley of the thousand palm trees about 10 minutes away, features vivid white buildings and a lively market in the shadow of the the Corona Volcano. Alternatively, hit the beautiful town of Teguise, also about 10 minutes away, a site of whitewashed buildings that was Lanzarote’s first capital, with its notable castle, a pirate museum, and a majestic, 18th-century palace.
