In addition, there is Wi-Fi throughout the villa, housekeeping everyday, a 4-meter projector screen in the living room, a 46” LCD in the master, Cable TV, a DVD player, private phones, and complete with ample closet space. Fine china and cutlery are also provided.

It is situated in an inconspicuous green corner of the 14th arrondissement away from the hustle and bustle of the streets; but, don’t worry one of the liveliest and fashionable districts of the capital, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, is merely a 10-minute drive away. In addition, it is 10 minutes away from the Orly airport, a few steps away from a street market, and within walking distance to the Alesia metro station. The Montsouris Park is under one mile away, and the vibrant 5th, 6th, and 8th arrondissements are close by.
