A Trullo Getaway Where Good Living Comes Easily
Created as a luxurious space where guests can truly embrace the present and live lavishly in the moment, this villa for rent in Italy is a combination of Puglia’s cone-topped trullo structures with additional independent stone buildings. The complex of bleached, stacked rock buildings is built around a vast pool and solarium, offering a generous outdoor living space and an outdoor recreational garden with a gym, playground and organic veggie garden. Created for outdoor living, with more than six hectares of private parkland to spread out and find solitude and fun, family activity, this villa for rent in Italy has a 75-square-meter saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor solarium and a circular stone gazebo. The gazebo’s dining table seats 14, and a wood-fired oven and barbecue, plus outdoor dishwashing area, were designed for entertaining.
A separate gazebo has a more active purpose, housing a gym, sports equipment and shower. Little guests will love the colorful outdoor playscape and organic vegetable garden. Additional services including wellness treatments, a private chef, butler and excursion services are available upon request.

Around
Equipped for unwinding as well as playing hard, there’s little reason to leave this vast trullo property except to discover the enchanting villages of Puglia, where small streets reveal magical cone-roofed structures around many corners. Famed for its villages such as Cisternino, Ostuni, Locorotundo and Alberobello, the Itria Valley occupies the top of the country’s boot heel close to both the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas.
The region’s sought-after, whitewashed trulli, once agricultural storerooms, pop out of the Apulian landscape in every direction, and stone villages rise from the rugged, tree-dotted hills. Trulli homes date from prehistoric times and besides their beauty, they stand as remarkable examples of dry stone, or mortarless, construction. The nearby town of Alberobello claims some 1,500 trulli grouped together as a unique UNESCO World Heritage community.
Beyond the iconic structures, Puglia features olive-grove-covered hills and valleys, vineyards scattered across the rolling landscape, and even fertile plains where the ancient Greeks once farmed. Markets, vineyards, oil tastings and rural trattoria are abundant, and the Adriatic beaches, with their lively seaside cafes and colorful ports are a quick drive away.
