Hidden within a lush gated compound in a one-acre park-like landscape, this former guest house has been transformed into a full, two-story chalet built for two guests. Expansive and romantic it has been meticulously restored to its former period glory, but with a modern and fresh update.

The chalet-style interiors and vaulted ceilings rise to the upper loft living area and are accented with blonde wood throughout including furnishings that have been designed to match the tone, framing the interior with muted tones.

The main floor is all about being outdoors and features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast dining area that's bright and spacious. Lined with french doors that open to the tennis court, outdoor dining, comfortable lounge furniture, walks to the gardens, pool, koi pond and children's playground. The open air layout is rustic, yet refined. The second floor is a relaxing and intimate space that is the spot to gather around the fireplace and has a fully outfitted office space if you just can't escape a little work.

There is also a larger dining area here, and open space out to the porch provides views of the pond and grounds below in total privacy. The loft-like master bedroom is a peaceful wood-lined nest in the eaves and is very romantic and serene featuring a rustic, en suite rock-lined bath.

The grounds are a bucolic escape and feature both a beautiful rock-lined pool and a koi pond along with outdoor dining and lounging areas.

Please note: Pets of up to 20 pounds in size are welcome.
