A Walk-to-the-Beach Villa on Paros

Completed in 2021, this panoramic Golden Beach Bay villa sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms across its two volumes. The main house holds an open-plan kitchen/dining area and spacious panoramic living room, opening to a large outdoor living terrace punctuated by a pool. The villa’s second wing is primarily a sleep space, with a kitchenette/dining area.

A Golden Beach Bayview Villa

Sleeping up to 10 guests, this contemporary home on Golden Beach Bay is a 10-minute walk from New Golden Beach and a 10-minute drive to Dyros and Piso Livadi villages. A series of geometric spaces across two wings, the home was created around its wide vista—with unobstructed views to shimmering Golden Beach Bay.

The home’s outdoor living zone is its true standout feature, a large shaded living and entertainment area only steps from its pool. Though completed recently (2021), the villa melds stone vernacular styling with classic Cycladic whitewashing, creating a series of sharply angled, distinctly modern spaces.

The home's larger wing features two en-suite double bedrooms and a guest toilet, plus the main dining, living and kitchen areas. The guest wing is primarily a sleep space, with three en-suite double bedrooms and a common area with a kitchenette and dining nook.

Around

Paros island is one of the Cyclades’ most popular islands for its traditional, bright whitewashed architecture and its transparent waters. With some 120 kilometers of coastline, the isle offers an endless variety of beaches, from cliff-backed to golden-sand-covered, with green mountains inland and small villages clinging to the hillsides. Its proximity to both Athens and other Cycladic sister isles such as Mykonos, Santorini and Naxos, means it’s a great base for island hopping. And the island’s popularity makes for a jubilant nightlife scene after a day spent on the beach.

The villa is located 10 minutes’ walk from New Golden Beach, named for its shimmering sands and famed for its ideal wind conditions drawing windsurfers. There are sunbed rentals and parasols on site, and the vast crescent beach is a favorite of swimmers, too, for its crystal-clear waters. The great wind here means the beach hosts a pro windsurfing world cup competition each year, and there’s plenty of activity along the sand, with bars, cafes and restaurants lining the bay road.

Paros Farangas Beach (11km) is also a quick drive away, home to fine sands and clear waters above a pebbly shore. It’s a bit wilder, with only a small beach bar and resort restaurant on it.
