Centrally located above Fira, this villa's enviable spot above the sea makes it a tranquil retreat that's close enough to the action of old town with all of the privacy and space to enjoy the island in peace.  With breathtaking unobstructed views overlooking the Aegean and the caldera, there are multiple interior and exterior spaces to take it all in.

Originally built in the early 18th century, the mansion at that time housed an important collection of archaic and Hellenistic sculptures and ceramics,  from ancient excavations which today are displayed in the archaeological museum of Fira.

Comprised of a large split level main villa, separate studio and an independent apartment, the compound can accommodate up to eight guests each with private self contained living space and entrances. The classic architectural beauty features vaulted ceilings, arches and columns with bright elegant interiors. Designed and decorated with clean simplicity and traditional Cycladic decor, the main living area features a fireplace and dining for up to ten with a fully equipped kitchen. The studio includes separate kitchenette and private en suite living spaces ideal for two. Guests can prepare their own meals or engage a private chef and staff for four star treatment. The spacious terraces feature the best dining and lounging areas as well as a hot tub for enjoying the amazing panoramic views.

AROUND 

Just over a mile from the beach, the villa is located in one of the best parts of the old town with it's iconic terraced complexes and stunning views. The port town is a bustling center for the cruise ships and tourists that regularly descend here but you can get to the interior for hiking the mountains or take a boat tour of the volcano's caldera and hot springs. Karterados is just over a mile where you'll find the classic Santorini architecture and inland you'll find the Venetian and Byzantine influenced village of Pyrgos at the highest point on the island. The famed town of Oia perched into the volcanic rock is the spot to catch the sunsets.
