This Parisian home is a collaboration between Iconic House and the rising stars at design firm Claves, founded by Laure Gravier and Soizic Fougeront. Using original blueprints and other historical details, the designers pay homage to the surrealist poets and painters who once walked these cobblestones, avoiding Haussmannian tropes and opting instead for a bold aesthetic that blends mid-century Italian furniture with custom French craftsmanship and modern luxuries.

Inside, polished concrete and chevron oak floors provide a backdrop for a monumental staircase that anchors the four levels. The light-drenched living room features double-height ceilings and a library, while the professional kitchen is designed for entertaining. Every room is punctuated by tactile textures—mohair throws, brushed brass fixtures, and bespoke ceramics.

Inside, there a wellness room with vitality pool, hammam, and sauna. Outside, the property opens onto a private walled garden of 100 square meters. This green lung, hidden from public view, features a dining terrace and lounge area shaded by mature trees and climbing jasmine. It provides a safe environment for children to play in, or for adults to enjoy a quiet aperitif, offering a sense of tranquility that is nearly impossible to find in central Paris.

It features five double en-suite bedrooms, including a spectacular top-floor primary suite with views over the Parisian rooftops. The garden level is dedicated to social life and wellness, housing the cinema room and fitness studio, while the upper floors ensure a clear separation between communal entertaining zones and quiet sleeping quarters.

Guests can spend mornings at the local boulangerie and evenings exploring the avant-garde galleries that continue the neighborhood's creative legacy. A car is not necessary here, as the best of Montmartre is discovered by foot, though the house manager can arrange a private driver.
