The creation of José de Yturbe Bernal, a disciple of Luis Barragan, this fully-serviced, boldly scarlet, maximalist oceanfront villa occupies an immaculately landscaped 11,000sqft lot with direct beach access. A vivid setting, the gleaming villa is available as a five- or seven-bedroom setting (for 12 to 16 guests), plus it's staffed around the clock and comes with access to a private, 55ft Uniesse Yacht.

The bold property’s vivid embrace begins as you enter its massive wooden doors and find the great room that occupies the heart of the house. A vast open space with silver-screen-sized ocean views, the great room is home to the dining room with a table for 14, plus an overflow dining table for extra guests. There is an adjacent living area that offers miles of coastline views.

Step out of the great room towards the water, via stairs that lead immediately to the pool and jacuzzi, then onto a manicured lawn with a fire pit, and then the Pacific sands via a private stairway to the beach. A media room flanks the great room and also overlooks the pool and ocean. Outdoor areas include a pizza and grill patio, an oversized garden chess set, a marble ping pong table, and paddle boards, ocean kayaks and body surf boards for use on the beach.

Five generous bedroom suites are spread throughout the property, with two additional cabanas available when the house is rented as a seven-bedroom property. The primary suite (king, plus a queen sleeper sofa) dominates the villa’s upper level, featuring a circular floor plan and wide ocean views. It boasts a private outdoor sunken tub and showers and a large terrace with seating and hammocks. Other suites offer views across the Pacific, private balconies, king beds and in-room living areas. The two additional cabanas are located at the property's entrance and can be set up as king rooms or double twins with private baths.

Experiences

On-site experiences include cruising on the property’s private, staff-managed, 55ft yacht with butler service, a private chef, and concierge. Villa guests also benefit from full access to the exclusive Kupuri Beach and Punta Mita Resident Beach Clubs, preferred access to the Pacífico and Bahía golf courses, full access to the Punta Mita Tennis Center, and preferred access to the St. Regis Beach Club. In-villa experiences are "sky's the limit" type opportunities, including tequila/wine/mezcal tastings, mixology classes, cooking classes, live music performances by mariachi/rock/marimba/Cuban or even classical performers, plus fire, prehispanic, and folkloric dance shows. Themed parties, magic shows and recreational activities can be arranged, including ATV tours, horseback riding, tennis and golf instruction, fishing and whale-watching excursions, snorkeling, diving tours and lessons, surfing instruction and supplies, private wellness treatments and personal training.

Around

With its private beachfront, around the clock staff and abundance of on-site opportunities, guests ill be hard pressed to leave the property, unless, of course, it’s aboard the 55-foot yacht or as guest on a custom-organized excursion.
